Partnerships
Silver World Briefing considers collaborations that are relevant to silver, material culture, craft and the histories or meanings of objects. Each proposal is reviewed for reader relevance, transparency and editorial independence.
Potential collaborations
We consider clearly scoped educational or cultural collaborations, commissioned explanatory work, and partner placements that connect directly to the publication’s subject. A proposal should identify the intended audience, the material or placement requested, the partner’s role and any commercial relationship involved.
How placements are labelled
Paid placements, sponsored material and partner contributions are labelled clearly at the point of publication. Labels explain the nature of the relationship, and partner material is not presented as an independent editorial judgment. Editorial articles remain under editorial control.
Propose a partnership
Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include a concise description of the idea and the parties involved. We do not promise acceptance, placement or a particular editorial outcome, and we may decline proposals that do not fit the publication.
Materials tell stories beyond their surfaces
Silver is both a material and a cultural presence. Its qualities invite close attention, while its objects and traditions reveal the meanings people make around it.
